This course deals with the fundamental
understanding of the theories and practice of Physical Fitness, performance of
the different Fitness Test and designing individual prescriptive exercise program.
The course is divided into different phases.
Phase 1- lecture of the different components as well as different principles of exercises.
Phase 2- pretest of the different components as well as evaluation of the individual results
Phase 3 – designing of an individual circuit exercise management program
Phase 4- post- test of the different fitness test and evaluation of the final result
