Science 10 is 5 units course that meets 5 hours a week. This course aims to provide wisdom and guidance to successfully transfer Physics principles and concepts to actual practice of the learners. It is designed in such a way that it meets the present demand of upgrading the standard of high school education in our country. The course starts with Newtonian Mechanics, Matter and Energy Interaction, Motion and Momentum, Work, Energy, and Power, Electromagnetism and Electronics. It ends with a discussion in Wave Motion, Acoustics and Optics and emphasizes the practical importance of Thermodynamics and Nuclear Energy. It also integrates critical thinking, experimental design and laboratory skills.
