The course will introduce various elements and relevant concepts to production management. It will also present some of the POM tools that can be applied to a wide variety of situations in making tactical and strategic decisions such as Production Process, Purchasing, Inventory, and Quality control. It will further review the higher quantitative tools and techniques used in making strategic decisions.
