Principles and Methods of Research is a 3-unit course that focuses on the application of the principles and approaches in conducting research, an independent investigation to find answers to questions concerning contemporary and relevant issues in education. All the leaming activities and course requirements cover research-based information that identifies the pressing issue and gaps related to education. Furthermore, this course will not only expose graduate students to the various types and methodologies in conducting and writing research works but also in defending a graduate thesis proposal.
