This course focuses on watershed hydrology, protection and conservation, relationships of soils, rainfall, runoff and topographic drainage system design; concept, analysis and design of flood and erosion control structures, sloping agricultural land technology; traces, vegetated waterways, dams, spillways and crop inlets, planning, design, construction, and maintenance of water conservation systems; sediment transport and reservoir sedimentation concepts, analysis and design of detention structures; concepts, planning and design of open channels for soil and water conservation structures/systems.
