This is an introduction course on public international law that applies to various entities in the international system: states, international organisations, international courts and tribunals, and other subjects that are granted or have gained international personality. At the end of the semester, students are expected to have gained a substantial foundation of the basic concepts, principles and legal theories pertaining to international law.
