This course introduces students to second language acquisition theories as well as to the variety of approaches, methods and techniques for teaching English as a second language. It provides them opportunities to apply the concepts and theories related to second language acquisition through designing a syllabus, planning a lesson, and teaching a specific concept in English. It further provides them with the necessary skills and knowledge on how to deal second language second language learners.
